the service was excellent in my opinion. the room was extremely pleasant and a nice size with internet connection and pastries, as example for a splendid stay. location: the hotel was close enough to a festival was taking place and a charming old square and best restaurants, tuesday market, view of the alps.

The staff helped me with currency exchange recommendations. This place suits me perfectly. It has everything I need: Internet access, 24-hour reception, bar, laundry, TV room. I'll be back for Easter!

Magnificent and amazing location in Cuneo, next to the centre of a large piazza, the square where the market is held and restaurants. Nice building and rooms with a view over the piazza...

I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat because it provides fully equipped conference facilities with a maximum capacity of 50. Both business travelers and tourists can enjoy the hotel's facilities and services.
The only thing that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying services.

During my Christmas trip, I appreciated the central location of the hotel, which allowed me to visit the city's main attractions easily. The room was spacious and clean, with a big comfortable bed. I also liked that complimentary coffee and tea were provided in the room.
Staff seemed disorganized and not trained to handle the influx of guests during the holidays. The breakfast was very basic, with no variety.

I loved staying at this hotel. Everything from the central location in the heart of the city to the friendly staff made my stay here lovely. The hotel facilities were great, and the room was clean and cozy. the breakfast was delicious with fresh local produce. Finally, the private parking made it convenient for me to bring a car.

Located in a lively piazza surrounded by charming cafes and shops, this hotel has a great central location to explore the city. the helpful staff's restaurant recommendations made dining out in the area a great experience. the comfortable rooms have ample space and were spotlessly clean.
The wifi connection was weak and slow, which was quite frustrating for someone trying to work while traveling.
